These Terms of Service apply to mini games and related web pages published by Aaron Coker under the Aaronautic name, including games made available through TikTok or hosted at aaronautic.dev.

Acceptance

By accessing or playing an Aaronautic mini game, you agree to these terms and to any applicable platform terms, including TikTok's terms and policies when you access a game through TikTok. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Eligibility

The games are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply where you live.

Use of the Games

You may use the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to bypass platform review or security controls, scrape or reverse engineer the games except where allowed by law, or use the games to violate the rights of others.

Accounts, Progress, and Platform Features

Some features may rely on TikTok or another platform for login, sharing, payments, ads, analytics, or saved progress. Access to those features may depend on platform availability, your account status, and the permissions you grant.

Virtual Items, Ads, and Purchases

If a game offers virtual items, in-app purchases, or rewarded ads, those features are provided through the relevant platform and may be subject to additional platform rules. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed for use in the game, and may be changed or removed as part of normal game operations.

Intellectual Property

The games, code, artwork, text, designs, and other materials are owned by Aaron Coker or licensed from their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Changes and Availability
